On December 1–6, 2024, a delegation from Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) and Thammasat University, led by SIIT’s Director along with Thammasat University’s Rector and Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, visited Japan to enhance academic collaborations. The delegation engaged with four prestigious Japanese universities—The University of Tokyo, Tokyo City University, Institute of Science Tokyo, and Waseda University—to reinforce existing partnerships and explore new opportunities.
