On November 1, 2024, Dr. Aurelio A. de los Reyes V, Associate Professor and Head of the Modeling and Applications Academic Group, along with faculty members from the Institute of Mathematics, College of Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman, visited SIIT. The delegation met with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Khanin Nueangnoraj and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pisanu Toochinda from the School of Bio-Chemical Engineering and Technology (BCET) at SIIT.

During the visit, both parties engaged in productive discussions, agreeing to explore potential research and academic collaborations between the two institutions. This initial meeting marks a promising step toward developing mutually beneficial projects and advancing academic and research goals in the fields of mathematics and bio-chemical engineering.
